I’m captivated by the idea of universal connectivity—a world where anyone can instantly reach the person they need, where distance and borders no longer stand in the way of communication. I’m working to turn this vision into reality through a tech project.

🎯 My Passions

Nordic Walking
It’s more than just exercise—it’s meditation in motion. When you’re out with the poles, cruising through parks or along the waterfront, your thoughts fall into place and problems solve themselves.

Photography
I’ve taken several courses and keep learning to see the world through the lens. Photography teaches you to notice details, capture fleeting moments, and tell stories without words.

Cars
I love driving and trying out different models. For me, a car isn’t just transportation—it’s the best therapist. Behind the wheel, in motion, with music or in silence—that’s where the answers to life’s toughest questions reveal themselves.

Strategy Games
I play Travian—it’s not about quick reflexes but strategic thinking and planning weeks ahead.

💼 About Work

Right now, I’m a Team Lead at Emerging Travel Group, leading the B2A API team. My real passion at work is finding bottlenecks in processes and technology, then fixing them.

I focus on:

• Improving development and delivery processes
• Increasing transparency—so everyone on the team understands what’s happening and why
• Speeding up delivery—from idea to production
• Identifying bottlenecks before they become problems

I speak at conferences like HolyJS, DevConf, and Highload++, sharing insights on building effective teams and processes.

Here’s what matters to me: my work doesn’t define me—I define my work and my life. Technology and processes are tools for bringing to life the ideas that inspire me.

I believe the best projects emerge at the intersection of technology and humanity. I’m exploring opportunities for relocation and new professional challenges, but what matters most is continuing to build things that make the world more connected.
